Please note the following participation guidelines:
- All participants will remain muted upon entry and throughout the meeting until the designated Media and Public Question Period listed on the agenda.
- During that time, those wishing to ask a question must raise their virtual hand in Microsoft Teams. The meeting host will recognize participants in order and unmute them to speak when recognized by the Chair.
- To ensure an orderly meeting, only one person may speak at a time, and all questions must relate to items listed on the agenda.
