Private roads are not maintained by the Township. Private roads are maintained by citizens or Road Associations.

The Township is responsible for the maintenance of Township roads only and does not maintain County roads or Provincial highways. The Roads Department is also responsible for the maintenance of ditches and culverts.

Maintenance and snow plowing of County Roads is the responsibility of the Public Works Department of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville. All inquiries regarding County Roads should be directed to:
