As of March 1, 2025, Rideau Lake's recycling program is managed by Circular Materials, the administrator of the common collection system and a national not-for-profit organization that is committed to building an efficient and effective recycling system in Ontario. This transition will result in no change to the materials you can recycle.

Please note, as of March 1, the Portland Transfer Station will no longer accept blue box recyclable materials, residential properties will still receive curbside pickup of these materials.

• Recycling Limit: 5 blue bags – no bag tags required.
• Weight Limit: 40lbs/bag
• Must be: Sorted & clean
