Bag tags are required for disposal of non-recyclable waste put out for collection (1 tag per bag).
Tags are available at any of these locations for $2.50 each:

Chantry

Crosby

Delta

Elgin

Portland

Rideau Ferry

Seeley's Bay

Smiths Falls

Westport
