Rideau Lakes Township owns and operates two municipal harbours located in Portland and Newboro, providing seasonal and transient services for residents, visitors, and boaters travelling the Rideau Canal system.
Services
- Seasonal Boat Slips are available at both Portland and Newboro Harbours but due to high demand, both seasonal slips and seasonal parking operate with a waitlist. Contact the Harbour Master to be added to a waitlist.
- Seasonal Parking is available at Newboro Harbour.
- Transient Boat Docking and Parking are paid through HONK. QR-code payment instructions are posted onsite at each harbour.
Boat Launches
There are 14 boat launches available free of charge around the Township. Get out on the water and enjoy our beautiful lakes.
