Requesting a Tax Certificate

Your written request must include:

  • your name and role (property owner, lawyer, or authorized representative)
  • the client’s name (if applicable)
  • the current owner’s name
  • the property address 
  • the roll number (if available)
  • a copy of a cheque for $61.50, made payable to the Township of Rideau Lakes

You also have the option to pay via credit card. If you would like to use this method of payment, please let us know with your request so we can send you an invoice with a link for payment.

Our Tax Clerk will respond via email within three business days. Please note we do not accept rush requests and cannot guarantee a turnaround time for Tax Certificates.
